15th Annual AACR Cancer Progress Report Release

Siu, MD, FAACR and AACR Chief Executive Officer Margaret Foti, PhD, MD (hc) unveil the AACR Cancer Progress Report 2025: Unifying Cancer Science and Medicine: A Continuum of Innovation for Impact.

For more than a decade, the AACR Cancer Progress Report has chronicled how cancer research has advanced from groundbreaking discoveries to treatments that save and extend lives. The 15th edition of this report remains a cornerstone of the AACR’s mission to educate policymakers and the public about progress against cancer, while featuring stories of survival. This year’s report highlights our nation’s improving efforts in cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment, and demonstrates the importance of sustained federal investments for cancer research.
